WEDDINGS AND EVENTS
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Here's everything you need to know about a wedding or event with Bristol Event Catering Company. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Do you include staff within your quotes?
What about glasses and linen?
When you do you need to know final numbers?
We've got a few vegans, is that okay?
We cater to all dietary requirements, and we do it well. As we make all your food either the day before, or on the day of your wedding our expert chefs can ensure that your dietary requirements are absorbed within the menu and each and every one of your guests feel like they have been looked after. Ask us for what we can specifically do for your menu.
Can you offer tea and coffee with our cake?
Absolutely we can! We use the fabulous Clifton Coffee who not only match our sustainability beliefs, they also provide amazing coffee and a wide selection of herbal teas. Why not add this on for £2.50 per guest for when you serve the cake.
Can you do evening food?
We truly do offer the full package, and prices for evening food start at £4.50 per guest. We know your guests dietary requirements, and hopefully a few names by now so why not entrust us to look after your whole day. From loaded fries to cheese boards, there are lots of options! We can even do the bar service for you too.
You can run the bars too?
Why not take the pressure off yourselves and allow us to look after your bar for you. We can either offer complimentary bar hire, (with an extremely achievable £500 minimum spend) where your guests pay for their drinks themselves, or a number of other options. One of our most popular bar options is the unlimited Beer, Wine and Gin Bar - from £16 per guest, inclusive of all refrigeration, glassware and staff, it's a no brainer! Fancy something extra special? Why not go for our unlimited cocktail bar with expert mixologists, £28 per guest.
Can you just staff our bar if we buy the alcohol?
If this is an option you prefer we can do this. There is a £400 fee for us to set up the bar, inclusive of refrigeration and glassware. You will also need to pay for the staff, at £12 per staff member, and we would usually recommend 3 per 100 guests.
