We love a pub - and we are fortunate enough to have a wonderful partnership with Wickwar; as well as WCR Hospitality we look after a number of their pub kitchens, from The Black Swan in Westbury-on-Trym to Old Badger Inn, in Eastington.
With a strong focus on pub classics with a modern twist come on down and check them out; you'll probably find one of us in there having a drink!
We also have the pleasure of offering private hire and buffet menus within many of the Wickwar pubs - get in touch to discuss availability for your private or works party.
We're super proud to work with a number of pubs to take their food offering to the next level. We keep on top of food trends and create bespoke menus for each pub.
With a real focus on pub classics and beautiful presentation we love the menus we have created so far, and this is just the beginning. We are still developing many more exciting ideas and recipes and can't wait to show you what we come up with.

We work with some amazing pubs across the South West to create bespoke menus, staff and maintain their kitchens. From The Holford Arms to the Punch Bowl, we take the stress away, maintain EHO standards and keep up with current food trends to allow our sites to deliver the best quality service and food to their guests.
With us it is super simple, we work closely with you to understand your guests requirements to deliver the perfect menu, whilst providing and paying for the staff you'll need to run your kitchen. We even provide relief staff to cover any holiday or sickness.
You don't need to lose quality, control or consistency by changing your chefs, we maintain all of this for you, giving you the confidence you need to focus on everything else the business requires.
